• Undo preconceived notions of gender and re-imagine new, more inclusive conceptions of congregational leadership.

Our 4-session course uses an intersectional lens to address congregational gendered blind spots and create strategies for change. On the individual and community levels, the course provides guiding prompts and space for self-reflection and small group discussion. On the organizational level, we highlight the use of research-informed workplace strategies for addressing outcomes of gender inequality in congregational settings. Situated in hope, the Undoing Sexism Course seeks to move congregations closer to their goals of inclusivity and equity.
